China International Capital Corporation Limited (CICC) was founded as China's first joint-venture investment bank in 1995, a key time in the restructuring of the country's state-owned enterprises. Over the following 15 years, the hard work of its staff allowed CICC to realize its goal of becoming a significant China-based international bank.
