CICC Associates are integral contributors in all areas of the firm. Whether you are generating analyses and performing valuations in the Investment Banking Department, doing sales and trading activities in the Sales & Trading Department, doing research work in the Research Department, conducting market analysis of equity and debt in the Asset Management Department, or performing market information collection and relevant program development activities in Capital Markets Department, the firm recognizes the potential of its Associates.
